I first met Jill in 2014. We were in the first year of owning our salon, and had very few systems in place. Over the past 6 years we have worked with Jill through individual coaching as well as team building measures. Her love of the industry and desire for us to succeed was evident from the beginning and has never faded. Jill’s vast knowledge of procedures and systems helped us increase our salon revenue over 300%, our profit margin by more than 7%, and our retail has exploded over the years. We even moved from an 1800 square foot leased space in a shopping center to our current dream location, a 3500 square foot salon with a dedicated spa area. Why a Coach?
Initially I didn’t understand why people would need a business coach. But it does go without saying, I would not be where I am in life both personally and professionally without a business coach.
I was a slave to my business, all I did was work and had no strategic plan to grow my business.
I have been with Jill Ruone for over 10 years. Our journey together has help me mold a leadership style that has created a business where are success has been driven by a positive culture. It became evident very early that you need systems and a great culture to grow a business. I came away from every coaching session with a clear understanding what I needed to do to grow my business, how I could improve my skills and become a better coach myself.
